Crimson calls itself ‘young & mature’, since it kicked-off in 2015, but has a collective experience of more than 50 years in strategy, B2B Sales, communication and business management domain. Today, it stands firm on robust experiences of its management along with a fast growing team of internal resources

Saima Sharif, Director

Saima is the co-founder and Director of Crimson Communicare LLP. She has over twenty-five years of experience in managing internal and external communication for diverse industries – process/ chemicals/ fertilizers, durables, industrial and service sectors. Saima is an Accredited Business Communicator (ABC) by International Association of Business Communicators (USA) - the global standard of strategic communication excellence. She is amongst the five ABCs in India and 800 across the world. In addition, she has served as Director of Professional Development, IABC Asia-Pacific Board and was a member of IABC Academy Committee. She has also been the Director of Communications at IABC Asia-Pacific Board and Blue-ribbon jury member for Gold Quill Awards. Saima was earlier heading Corporate Communications at Chambal Fertilisers and has also been associated with organizations like Su-Kam and Bry-Air (Asia) amongst others.

Lokesh Nagpal, Director

Lokesh has more than twenty-five years of diversified and cross-cultural experience in B2B sales, key account management, product management, channel management and international business development. He has worked with leading multinational as well as Indian brands like Samsung, Bharti, LG, Usha and SRF. He has an established track record in delivering business results, new market development and developing business from large corporate as well as government organisations. Lokesh has in-depth experience in brand & channel management, establishing exports operations, supply chain management, banking & commercials related to India and International business. Over the years, he has extensively worked to generate business in countries worldwide including Europe, Africa, Latin America, South East Asia, China, etc. He today spearheads the entire Sales & Operations function at Crimson.
